Equipment schedule
We are located in Building 10A of the Technology Center (CT) and have two rooms, with areas of approximately 30 m² and 40 m², equipped for sample preparation and characterization of cementitious materials, supporting research and innovation projects.
Equipped with load cells of 50 kN, 5 kN and 1 kN, allowing compression, tension and bending tests, with deformation monitoring via deflectometer or strain gauges.
Thermo Scientific equipment capable of performing oscillatory and rotational tests with various measurement geometries.
It allows the extrusion of mortars for the development and prototyping of building elements.
It quantifies the linear expansion or contraction of materials under different atmospheres, even up to 1,600 °C.
Enables simultaneous thermogravimetric (TGA) and calorimetric (DSC/DTA) analyses in controlled atmospheres with temperatures up to 1,600 °C.
It allows for controlled heat treatments of samples, with plateaus and different heating rates, with a capacity of up to 1,100 °C.
